Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
Robotic vacuum cleaners and mops are the most efficient method to quickly clean up mess. The best robot vacs and mops I've tested come with top-quality mapping and navigation, picking up Cheerios, tangled wires and fake dog turds, without leaving them behind.
They're also easy to use using an app that lets you schedule cleaning tasks and check on how they're doing.
1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra
The Roborock S8 MaxV is the most efficient robot mop and vacuum combo. It has the latest features. This high-end model is incredibly fast and nimble it can remove debris such as hair from pets and human hair nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also comes with a stylish app interface with a miniature map of your home and a few on-screen buttons to allow manual control.

The S8's Dirt-Detection Technology allows it to adjust the cleaning mode in accordance with the level of dirt. It will clean its mopping pads more frequently when it comes across dust. Carpeted areas get priority for mopping using mopping pads that are damp.
The mop roller has a number of other smart features, such as docks that can be connected to your home's plumbing system to clean and wash it without you having to manually refill the mop. You can even use voice commands to control the S8's built-in voice assistant, saying "Hey Rocky" to specify the cleaning of your room, modes, and granular controls with your voice.
2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking to buy a hands-free robot vacuum that can mop The Yeedi Cube is one of the more flexible alternatives. It's one of many combination robot vacuums that have mopping features that are also priced lower than the competition.
Like most robot vacuums, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get started. This involves setting up an account with the app and connecting the device to your WiFi network. After that, however the robot is able to begin vacuuming and mopping with ease.
It's important to note that the mapping process can take some time and may take a few times before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. The object detection feature is hit-and-miss. It was able to skirt around furniture and other obstacles however, it got stuck on a looser rug with tassels that it required a flip to free itself. But these are minor issues and the Yeedi Cube is still a excellent choice for those looking for an all-in-one cleaner.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete delivers a three-in-one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features the rotation of the motion, which is similar to hand scrubs. This means that floors are cleaned and not just swept. The detachable vacuum stick is an absolute game changer that can get to places a robot vacuum cannot.
This model is basically the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with an a bit higher suction capacity of 8700Pa and some additional clever features. The upgraded RGBD sensor is able to learn your home better and offer dynamic obstacle avoidance. The app's smart features allow you to alter a variety of settings including AI cleanings and virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the mop and vacuum robot return to their charging station at the end of each task to clean their pads, empty the dust bins, and place the debris into bags that self-seal. This helps keep the system tidy and stops allergens from recirculating. Its battery longevity is sufficient to cover large areas without requiring a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
The Eufy S1 Pro is a premium robot vacuum and mop that has impressive features for affordable prices. It is equipped with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power as well as a rotating brush for carpets and hard floors, and great obstacle avoidance. It also features a unique mopping method, which uses a roller continuously dosed with water to pick up dirt and deposit it in the water that is dirty tank.
Its navigation technology was effective, navigating close to walls without falling and avoiding stairs. However, it had trouble with fine engrained debris and didn't always clear raised room thresholds. The operating noise level is also relatively high, which suggests it could be less of a "set-and-forget" model than other models.
The S1 Pro, like most robotic vacuums, is equipped with docking systems that allow it to replenish its clean water tank, empty the dust bin and dry and wash the mop, as well as empty its mop pad. robot vacuum best makes maintenance easy and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in accordance with the regular schedule. Eufy's app allows you to control all its functions. It gives you clear information and plenty of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the most premium robot vacuums/mowers available, and it offers impressive mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. The LIDAR mapping sensors can recognize furniture legs, obstacles and other obstacles with decent accuracy. The app allows users to fine-tune the coverage of the map, establish no-go zones and alter the cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also designed to prevent hair from wrapping around it, which can be a major issue with many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too and comes with Reuleaux triangular mops that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system incorporates smart carpet detectors, which raise the pads when they're near soft surfaces to prevent contamination.
The docking station functions as an unmanned maintenance center that automatically washes and dry the mops, then refills them with detergent and distillate water. The base station comes with an integrated dust-processing system that compacts dust, which allows seven weeks of maintenance-free operation.
6. S10
This robot is only a few hundred dollars more expensive than the S8 and does an excellent job of keeping my home office tidy. It also has the ability to reach the corners of my tiny apartment. It makes use of laser mapping and a camera to create an outline of your area which allows it to know which areas to avoid. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that can block things like dog bowls and toys (but not poop) unlike most vacuums.
It also has some outstanding standout features, including a self-emptying dustbin and a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water and a side-reaching brush that can reach places that other mops don't. You can also customize the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.
Like the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping and can distinguish between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. It can also avoid mopping rooms that are not clean if you want to save time. If you have several types of flooring in your home and don't want to spend additional money for a Roborock with advanced mapping features, this is an excellent option.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that can handle regular maintenance and touch-ups on wet messes, this little robot is a good choice. It has a wide range of features including a self-emptying dustbin and a separate water refill dock, and adjustable settings within the app. It's extremely quiet and is able to easily move around furniture legs or socks. It can't pick tangled rug tassels up, and its battery drains faster than other models we've tried.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a beast that offers a powerful suction and convenient automation, all in a sleek and stylish. It didn't perform as well in our vacuuming and mopping tests like the pricier Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra however, it did extremely well overall. It has a variety of cleaning options, ranging from the low power 'Quiet mode which is suitable for small debris to the more powerful "Turbo mode" for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to automate the removal and reattachment of mop pads without causing your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot vacuum and mop that can be used in small areas. It's extremely quiet and speedy, and it is a great choice for getting around tight spots. It's also extremely effective at removing pet hair from carpeting.
It's smaller than the majority of its competitors, but it doesn't sacrifice features. It has a good amount of suction power and it's possible to take a picture of any object it picks up (i.e. chew toys or socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app, so that they aren't taken up in subsequent cleanings. Its photos are encrypted, and not tied to you account.
It's great for vacuuming, but it's not so great in mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes you clip to the bot's bottom, and it basically drags them around your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal that have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mophead.
